Come get crafty this holiday season at Nuba in Kits

Join us for a night of holiday crafts and fun at Nuba in Kitsilano on Thursday, November 12. Artist and crafter extraordinaire Andrea Mueller has a passion for paper, cards, and collage. She'll teach you how to make the most unique and beautiful holiday cards using Japanese chiyomgami paper, vintage images, old book pages, and rubber stamps using her own unique style. Add a little ribbon, glitter glue, and gold pen and you'll have the most spectacular cards on the block. You'll also be able to customize cards using alphabet stamps and initials. At the end of the night you'll take home three handmade cards from this event, and, we assure you, a newfound love of chiyogami paper.   As an added incentive, if you dine at Nuba that evening, mention you're with the event for 10% off your meal.   About the Artist Andrea Mueller is an artist, teacher, foodie and avid traveler. She's a maker of things and obsessed with paper. Once a jeweller, she now devotes her time to cutting things out with scissors and gluing them back together. She sells her work at Granville Island Market and at Favourite Gifts in Lonsdale Quay. www.andreacharlotte.com
